Auditor
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Package
Location: Covering South London (including sites in Croydon)
The Auditor plays a vital role in championing high-quality, evidence-based employment support across Ingeuss national IPS / SEQF programmes. Guided by integrity, collaboration, and excellence, you will ensure that services not only align with the 25-point Individual Placement Support (IPS) Fidelity Scale, and the 5 stages of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) but are also continually evolving to deliver meaningful outcomes for people facing complex barriers to employment.
Rooted in the eight principles of IPS and the 12 standards of the SEQF, this role is key to embedding a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and impact. As a subject matter expert, you will work in partnership with Service Managers, Team Leaders, and Employment Specialists to promote best practice, support service readiness for internal and external fidelity reviews, and drive service enhancements that reflect the lived experience of those we support.
You will be required to conduct face to face fidelity assurance visits with both internal teams and external stakeholders which will involve a significant amount of travel. Strong analytical skills are essential as you will be expected to interpret data, present findings. You must have the ability to analyse data and effectively present findings at a senior level together with offering evidence-based recommendations to impact continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to diplomatically challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
